  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed and ready for shipment.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

  • Our standard delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your region and courier availability.
    (Most customers receive their orders within this timeframe.)

  • We offer free shipping and insured shipping options for added convenience and peace of mind.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays or local customs).


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

You can track your package anytime through the courier’s website or directly from your order confirmation email.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact us at support@theloverblanket.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • For orders with insured shipping, we will issue a free replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

  • Proof such as a carrier report or police report may be required for stolen package investigations.

We’ll work closely with our shipping partners to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Orders

We take great care to ensure your blanket arrives safely. However, in rare cases where your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged product until your claim is resolved.

If you opted for insured shipping, you are fully covered for transit-related damages, and replacements or refunds will be processed swiftly.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Lover Blanket is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

However, since our product is a blanket, 99% of shipments do not incur any customs fees.
